DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?

We do offer any regular discounts on via our instagram page and we also offer discount on large orders and corporate orders. If your order falls into this bracket then please contact us at info@byeditstudio.com

MY ITEM IS FAULTY- WHAT DO I DO? 

If the item you have purchased is faulty, please email us at info@byeditstudio.com within 4 days of receiving your order with photos of the fault. We will then investigate the issue and reimburse you with an exchange or credit note, at our discretion.
